Autopilot Income Machines Review

Is Autopilot Income Machines a scam or is it real? Well I decided to get past my normal skepticism and gave it a shot. Rasheed Ali and Huey Lee seem like pretty nice and straight forward guys, but like most people I’ve been fooled before. So I conducted a somewhat biased experiment to see if Autopilot Income Machines could really make me money online, leaving no stone unturned.



Before I get to what I did, let me give you the run down of what’s in the program so you can get a better idea about it. Basically the program is a pretty comprehensive video training course complete with transcripts for those who like to read over watch video. It takes you through the simple technical skills you need to learn (this is very fast by the way) and then shows you how to take what Rasheed and Huey call “money pages” and get them online and ready to make you money.



That’s all great and everything but SO WHAT – right? Not so fast! The Autopilot Income Machines program then shows you some pretty neat and completely safe, free traffic tactics to get you ranked on the first page of freakin’ Google! Okay, that is where I thought they were full of crap, BUT after I saw the evidence I had to basically shut up and do it for myself. The course also goes into some advanced strategies, gives you a free software that sets up some of your pages for you and some other cool stuff that NO sane internet guru gives away for less than $997.



Truth is, I think these guys got knocked in the head in one too many street fights. Oh, forgot to mention that Rasheed is a former homeless guy and Huey grew up in a low income family so they’re a little out of the ordinary if you know what I mean.



Anyway, let’s talk about my devious and biased experiment. You see, the first half of the program wasn’t new to me. I know that stuff already. The second half of the program was what I loved the most… besides the advanced stuff. (WOW!) So I decided that I’d set up my OWN money page and throw a wrench in the program to see what happens. I followed the free traffic strategies to the tee and in 24 hours my new money page was climbing the ranks of Google. I watched in amazement as my page started ranking for keywords and getting traffic and a few sales to boot over the days and weeks that followed!



My conclusion is pretty clear. Autopilot Income Machines isn’t the prettiest or shiniest program out there, BUT what it lacks in guru hype, it makes up for in PURE RESULTS! I absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend you pay close attention to every word Rasheed Ali and Huey Lee say. These guys deliver the goods and truly knocked it out of the park on this one! I give it my full 5 star rating. It’s a no brainer to put this into your money making arsenal. Most guys are just smoke and mirrors, but these guys are the REAL DEAL.

Recovery after having an Ileo Anal Pouch

After my Ileo Anal Pouch Procedure

The idea I started to Blog was I suppose to try to help people that are in the situation I was in two years ago?

Doctors and Surgeon would tell you it would be ok in a couple of months and not a lot changes??

I can tell you a lot changes, you need support of your loved ones and friends because it is a journey, a very long journey which you feel at the time you will never get there.

Any way I am testament that you can get there and I would like to help anyone who is about to go through the same experience I have been through or any one with Ulcerative Colitis who needs the advice from someone who has been there seen it ,done it, got the T  shirt ,so to speak!

My job is a Plumber for 25 years, so I know what you must be thinking?

That it must be the best job to be in with our condition ,(as you always need the toilet and quickly),problem for me is I am a manager who spends a lot of time on the road going from job to job, which was a big problem when you needed to go ?

I got to know all the petrol stations, Cafe, Restaurants’, Public car parks, with toilets, McDonalds I would say probably had the best??

The reason also for my Blogs is the illness is obviously an embarrassing one, where it is not easy to discuss with other people what you are passing and how many times you run to the toilet in a day??

Easier to talk by Email with no embarrassing explanations, I was a member of the NACC for a while and use to read all the problem pages with advise normally from doctors not people with hands on experience.

I now currently take 8 tablets a day of Loperamide and 2no Codeine Phosphate of a night before bed ,in the morning I have a Probiotic  drink every morning so my pouch does not become infected and also have another drink late evening also to help me get through the night Questrian powder that I add to fruit juice, which was like drinking talcum powder !

For anyone who does not know what an Ileo Anal Pouch is, when you have Colitis it is a diseased Colon, and unlike Crohns where you can cut out the infected part you can’t do that with Colitis because it will come back and re infect, so you have to remove the whole Colon from your Anus up to where it reconnects with your small intestine.

They then take a section of your small intestine and make a U bend or Trap so this part stores your movements until you have to go .

When you 1^st have the surgery the tell you, you have to re teach yourself how to go a toilet as this is a new muscle that you have to develop, and you have to try and hold yourself as long as possibly, which in the early days is nearly impossible?

My Operation after Colitis

MY BLOG ON COLLITIS

My names Dave, I am 40 yrs of age, happily married with two wonderful girls.

How I got into advertising on the internet was either by mis-fortune or if you look at it another way, it could be fortunate?

I had the Colon Disease called Ulcerative colitis for about 5 years which i would call mild, has with taken tablets every day it kept everything under control to an acceptable level??

My permanent job is as a plumber, so you can see I’m not a natural on the Internet.

Any way i was building a Loft extension on my house when I fell of the roof holding on to a sheet of ply wood ,and landed luckily enough on to my neighbours roof , which was about 4 foot lower , so not to high but enough  to do damage.

On landing I managed to crush my shoulder, which on swelling started to pinch the nerves in my neck and shoulder.

So of I went to the Emergency A.E Hospital to get treatment.

They run x-rays and could find not breaks or fractures, so asked me my medical history, and then sent me off to pick up my prescribed drugs from the pharmacy.

This consisted of a Anti-inflammatory and obviously some pain killers also told me if pain still persisted to take additional un prescribed medication, as well as my prescribed medication, OK they are the Doctors so off I went  to collect my medication as prescribed .

 I was in a lot of pain!!

After a week I noticed that my ULCERATIVE COLITIS was starting to change, I was going to the toilet more frequent and needed to get there quicker and quicker, until the point when I did not know if I could make it in time if I felt I needed to go?

Week two, now was here and steadily getting worse and worse.

I returned back to the doctors, who referred me to the Specialist Consultant

By the time I received an appointment with the specialist I was in trouble!!

I could not be too far away from a toilet at any time and when going to the toilet I was in so much pain , it must have been like given birth the wrong way accuse the description !

Any way on seeing the Consultant, he told me that the anti-inflammortory was probably the cause of the problem.

Which I had just stopped taken myself, feeling it could be something to do with the Anti-inflammatory ?

Any way to cut a long story short at the moment ,they prescribed me  Steroids to control my bowel movements in large dosage which slowed it slightly but could not control it ??

From here there was no way back I was trying all the latest medication with no affect, which if anyone else that is reading this has Colitis will know there is not that many out there, and they appear to work for some people but not others ?

Any way this developed into me having to have surgery to have a bypass and have a ileostamy bag fitted ,to try and relieve my Colon ,and to help relieve my symptoms to give me some quality of life back ?

This also did not work?

This managed to excelorate the disease, which on investigation had spread the complete length of my Colon, this developed in too continues bleeding from both ends!

This then led to have emergency surgery which was too have my whole Colon removed, and an ILEO ANAL POUCH put in its place!

This is basically when they take your upper intestine that is not infected and create a U Trap out of hundreds of stitches to form the shape, which then becomes the place that stores your stool.

 As I have no anus becuse it was all removed together with my diseased colon!

So as you can imagine this is quite some major surgey, which takes time to heal!

With the new U tap this then becomes your new muscle for going to the toilet, which i know sounds weird ,but you have to reprogram your body to use this new muscle which it never had???

To build this muscle up was the hardest thing as you had to try to hold yourself from going for as long as possible each time to allow the muscle to stretch, to enable you to hold it in between the times of needing to go, this process has taken about 2 years to get to an acceptable level!

At first I was needing to go every half hour to slowing it down to every 2 hours and gradually built up .
